I recently switched to this State Farm office from another agent that we were with for years. However, I have noticed such a change in customer service coming to this new office. And let me tell you, everyone here is super nice, friendly, and very responsive. They always answer the phone and are there to help whenever you need them (something my old agent would never do). I have had nothing but a positive experience with the team here. In particular, Luis! He is super friendly and answers all my questions, and also very helpful! Shoutout to him!! He’s awesome! I am so happy that I switched agents to this awesome team here.
